Problem adding to 3 gen App TV. Why?
Why can't I add payment for Netflix to use it on my 3rd gen Apple TV?
If you have a subscription with Netflix outside of iTunes then you will need to visit their website and make payments using their methods.
If you have a subscription with iTunes then make sure your credit card on file is correct.
