Q: iTunes 12.4.2.4 cutting previews short

With the latest version, and the last couple of versions of iTunes for Windows, I am finding that the previews in the iTunes store are cutting off after anywhere from a second or two to maybe 30 seconds max, I am rarely able to play a song preview through to completion.  Is there anything to be done about this issue?  I am running 64 bit windows 10.

    Hello GraemeFaelban,

     

    I understand you are having some troubles playing your content in the iTunes store after the most recent update. Please try these steps to resolve. Restart the computer and then unplug your router for 60 seconds and plug it back in. If that does not do the trick, your iTunes application may need to be uninstalled then reinstalled. This will not affect your iTunes media or files. Try using the link below to learn how to get this task accomplished.

     

    Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later
