Q: Apple Music on two devices

Hello, if anyone could help that would be great. I've got an iPod and iPhone both with Apple Music on. If I download a song from Apple Music on one device, it downloads on the other device too. So how do I delete a song that I've downloaded from Apple Music? But without it being deleted on the other device? Sorry for the confusion in advance haha.

Thank you Carolyn, I've done that but my albums or songs are still on my devices. Just the little phone icon has gone. Any ideas? Thank you.
