If no one remembers the password then you are locked out permanently. Follow the links I posted to see about either finding the password or changing it for the Apple ID.

If you hadn't set up: recovery mail/trusted device and don't remember both the password and answers to security questions, then no, I believe Apple won't be able to reset your password.

No. You would have to take it to your local Apple retailer along with proof of purchase and that you are the original owner. Only then could they help you provided they are able.
