There is no other way to recover/reset your password.
Also, what does 'I have been locked out of my phone' mean?

Jul 23, 2016 2:30 PM in response to edebarraby Kappy,If no one remembers the password then you are locked out permanently. Follow the links I posted to see about either finding the password or changing it for the Apple ID.

Jul 23, 2016 2:37 PM in response to edebarraby ADAMdotK,If you hadn't set up: recovery mail/trusted device and don't remember both the password and answers to security questions, then no, I believe Apple won't be able to reset your password.
