Q: Iphone stolen in tomorrowland apparently by a professional and I´m worry

My iphone was stolen in tomorrowland apparently by a professional or better user than me at least so now Im worry about what else can this person do with my information. I used iphone search but didn´t blocked it at time so this person entered to my cloud whitout any problem (I got e-mail), disabbled it and erased the phone from the cloud so Im KO. Can I or should I do anything else than change my ID Password and block SIM to avoid losing more information or money? Thanks in advance. Im really dissappointed

It isn't possible for anyone to enter your iCloud and disable it unless they have your Apple ID password. It is possible that they sent you a phishing email that looked like it came from Apple in an attempt to get you to click on a link in the email which directs you to a site that looks like Apple. If you did that and entered your password, then they would have it. The following two links may be of some help:

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

Bottom section ("If Find My iPhone isn't enabled ...") of If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

Thanks for your answer FoxFifth but someone do entered to my account, not shure if with the phone in hand was easier to enter or as I mentioned it is a professional, but I entered to my account in the morning to search my phone, it was offline and I just activated the sound when connected, I didn´t blocked or erased it as I didn´t knew properly how it works, but when I received a email with deactivation and I saw my phone was no loger registered things changed.

Now I just want to know if once the phone is erased from icloud, all information is also erased and the phone is just taken to be reselled and not for other propousses.

    Thanks for sharing your comments!!!

It doesn't matter if the thief was a professional and also had access to your phone -- if Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone was turned on when the phone was stolen it isn't possible for anyone to turn that setting off without your Apple ID password.

See the quote below from Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

With Find My iPhone Activation Lock, your Apple ID and password will be required before anyone can:

    • Turn off Find My iPhone on your device
    • Erase your device
    • Reactivate and use your device

This can help you keep your device secure, even if it's in the wrong hands, and can improve your chances of recovering it. Even if you erase your device remotely, Activation Lock can continue to deter anyone from reactivating your device without your permission.

It would be wonderfull, eventhoug I´ll never get my phone back to have my last pictures which I didn´t backed up, but somehow he got this password, not sure if some security action in my phone was left and didn´t asked him my Apple ID or what but I received a email that someone entered to the account in a different computer than the one I used and deactivated it, so it was done with a computer and not my phone what I find worst. The phone is also restricted by the telephone company to be used just with my SIM but thats something that probably this persons knows how to jailbreak. This comments are just to keep in mind that those restrictions are not as usefull as they seem, and they work only in your contry where you are connect to internet all the time but nüt when wifi is the only option. This phones are to required in the black market, so even I love apple I wont probably got another.
