hello my iPhone 6 plus key number 2 is not working when i tried to type 2  i get number 1 or 3 please can you help thank you

    If you have enabled any 3rd party keyboards then start by uninstalling them.

     

    Then, clean your iPhone's screen with a dry, clean, cotton cloth.

     

    Wash your hands, then try tapping numbers again.

     

    If you are still having problems then remove any screen protectors that you have installed on the iPhone.

     

    And lastly, you may need to take the phone to an Apple store to test the hardware.
