This does not look pixelated on my screen.

Either you have a problem with the screen or gpu, or - more likely, some sort of software conflict that is affecting the way the browsers are displaying.

A few things worth trying:

1) Restart in Safe Mode (hold down the Shift key immediately after pressing power).

This will be slow to start, work slowly and you may even see the screen redrawing at times. All of that is normal. If in Safe Mode you see the pages clearly, however, it will tell us that either there was some corrupt cache (in which case the issue should now be solved) or there is some software conflict.

2) Restart normally. If all is well now, great. If not, download and run Etrecheck (a utility by a respected member of this community) and post its full report here.

I did what you first suggested but that didn't fix the issue. Before I had this issue I used OmniDiskSweeper, to get rid of "other" storage taking up space on my laptop. After using this I started to notice the blurry browser, It's only when I launch it other then that I don't have any issues with my laptop.
