    Depends on many factors, the speed of your Internet connection is one, how busy the download servers are is another, so the best you can get is a range. Which will be somewhere between 15 minutes and 2 weeks.

    There are many download servers.  Your DNS server often times choose one.  Sometimes it is not the best choice.

    Some people have improved the download speed by using a VPN connection to another location where the DNS server at that end picks a faster download server.

    Others have changed their DNS server and had a faster download server assigned.

    System Preferences -> Newtwork -> Advanced -> DNS -> [+]

    The top name in the list is the critical DNS server name.  All the following ones are there if the top one times out.

    8.8.8.8 Google DNS server

    8.8.4.4 Google DNS server

    208.67.222.222 OpenDNS server

    208.67.220.220 OpenDNS server

    You can find others if you do not want to try one of these by using Google, or other search engine.
