Q: Billing information in Photos doesn't match Apple ID
The credit card that Photos has on file doesn't match my Apple ID. I've updated it in the Photos > Print Product Store Account and double-checked that my Apple ID is using the right credit card. However, when I go to buy my photo book, it's pointing to an old credit card that I can't use. It's been a week since I updated the Print Product Store Account billing information. What do I need to do to get it updated?
I've also been trying to contact Apple support through their website. Support is timing out. Anyone else having this issue?
