I turned off Call Waiting but it's still on as you can see from the screenshot below. Can anyone help me out? I can't recieve calls right now and I need to. I tried to turn off the phone and turn it on without my sim card inserted but no use.

How does your screenshot show that it is still on, I don't see it.
Because it's off (button) but you can see the icon above says it's still on.
So what am I supposed to see that your screenshot does not show?
I'm sure the icon you are referring to above call waiting button indicates that call forwarding is on
