Q: my mom iphone 6 is damaged

She forgot her icloud information including id and password... and phone got bad and I reset to factory settings and I couldn't find the icloud information and she couldn't remember anything. Please what can I do

There are no secret backdoors to get that information (passwords would be useless if they did). So essentially these are your options:

iCloud: Change your iCloud password
If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If all fails: go to an Apple Store (with proof of ownership) or contact Apple.
