My 16G ipod nano cannot sync with my PC
It just suddenly stopped. I'm not sure if caused by itune software upgrade or not. USB ports test OK. Connectivity diagnostics are OK. Fails Apple dignoctic sync test?

Make sure Windows and iTunes are fully up to date. Reboot the iPod and try again. Do you hear Windows make a sound when the device is connected? If not try another cable.
