Q: Restore network problem

So I restarted my phone and it froze on the apple logo so I tried everything but restore so when i tried to restore in dfu mode itunes let me click it and all but it said problem with network. My network is fine so I don't see why it would say that. I have a iPhone 6s+  so what can I do?

Make sure iTunes is up to date on your computer.

    Mac

    1. Open iTunes.
    2. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose iTunes > Check for Updates.
    3. Follow the prompts to install the latest version.

    Windows

    1. Open iTunes.
    2. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Help > Check for Updates. Learn what to do if you can’t see the menu bar.
    3. Follow the prompts to install the latest version.

Could you share the exact text of the message. Problem with the network is rather vague. What computer OS are you using? If Windows, are you using anti-virus? What made to decide to restore via DFU mode, rather than a regular restore in iTunes?
