Icloud Music won't download

I recently got an iphone 6s. I had about 40 songs on my iphone 5c, i backed up to the cloud and transferred everything onto my new 6s. However, the music is saying i need to download from the cloud. I go to download it, the download finished but then says "unable to download song" and that it can't be downloaded at this time. I have tried 3 different wifi networks, and also mobile data and still no success. Any help?
