Jul 25, 2016 12:51 AM in response to Eddyyygby lllaass,Were the devices previously pair to another device and are those devices with rang and Bluetooth on?
If so they will not pair and likely not be seen by the iPod.
If that is not the case:
- Reset the Bluetooth device. How you do it depends upon the device but frequently you press and hold the Power button and lights on the device should change.
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will have to re-join wifi networks
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and the bluettoth device do not work on another device make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
