can i get new EarPods if i take my old ones to the apple store?
my EarPods are broken i think because i can't hear anything, do you think if i take them to the apple store they will replace them for free?

No. The only time they might be replaced for free is if they didn't work straight out of the box, otherwise the cause of the failure is almost certain to be wear and tear which isn't covered by warranty.
