Q: Recovery mode didn't help

My iPhone 5S has been turning on no farther than the Apple logo screen for 3 hours. I followed all the instructions for recovery mode in iTunes and updated my phone, but it's still stuck on the Apple logo screen. I've done this twice now and nothing seems to be working. What can I do next?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.3

Make sure iTunes is up to date on your computer.

    Mac

    1. Open iTunes.
    2. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose iTunes > Check for Updates.
    3. Follow the prompts to install the latest version.

    Windows

    1. Open iTunes.
    2. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Help > Check for Updates. Learn what to do if you can’t see the menu bar.
    3. Follow the prompts to install the latest version.
