HOW do I reset my old ipad 2  when lost and forgotten my old e-mail and password

iPad 2, iOS 9.0.2

    If you mean you have the device in your hands, but you have forgotten your Apple ID and password, then you are going to have to try to find out what the Apple ID is before you can proceed if you have Find My iPhone signed in with that Apple ID.

     

    If you do not have Find My iPhone Signed in, then you can simply go to Settings>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings

     

    If you do have Find My iPhone turned on, then if you cannot figure out what email address you used for your Apple ID, then you are going to have to take the original purchase receipt showing that you were the original owner of that device to your local Apple Store in order to get the device reset.
