I Moved from Seitzerland to Texas and now have to change my AppStore accordingly otherwise I won't be able to use necessary apps (Bank, ATT etc.) which I need for daily live.
however my currebt Itunes match is running until June 2017, is there a way to get over this issue?

You will need to contact Apple Support for assistance with your iTunes Match subscription:
iTunes Store support will ask you for permission to cancel your iTunes Match subscription and then, you'll be able to you change Apple ID country.
Please be aware that many apps from Switzerland will not be available on the American Store so I advise you to back up all your devices and download all your purchases from iTunes in the cloud before changing the Store:
