How to move photos from multiple folders into one

Hello!

I exported photos from iPhotos to a folder on the Mac.

It saved all moments in different folders.

I want to combine all, so that all photos are in one folder.

How can I combine these multiple files from multiple folders into one?

Thank you for your help!

(PS next time I will not include divide m´by moments, but for now, how can I fix this?)

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

How many folders are there? You can use the Finder to flatten the folder structure, if the dragging methode recommended by TD would take too long:

  • Select the folder with all your Moments folders inside in the Finder.
  • Then enter the key combination ⌘F for "find".
  • In the search window that opens change the search scope from the default "This Mac" to the name of your folder:
  • Set the search rule to "Kind is Image".User uploaded file

Now you will see all photo from the subfolders in a flat structure:

User uploaded file

Select all photos at once with ⌘A, then drag the lot of them to a different folder or create a new folder from the selected items by using the Finder command "File > New Folder from Selection":
