Q: SIM CARD

Sim Card was working in our 5s. Phone was turned off because we got a 6. Now we want to re-add the 5s back to our Verizon Account (add a line), but I get an online Verizon message, "Sim Card ID can not be activated at this time". What could be wrong with the Sim Card?

Is the iPhone 6 still using the number? If so, you'll need to have Verizon activate the phone with a new number and a new SIM.
