Today i went on my phone wanting to play pokemon go but i dident have any gps so i went in settings and tried to enable location services but it wont enable on my iphone se. Please help!

I have the same problem. Location services are turned off, and if I turn them on and leave the page, they are automatically turned off again.
I Had this same issue all of a sudden today. I reset my network settings and it works again.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
been a few days so you probably got it already but just in case.
