Bootcamp dvd or cd

i have being wanting to install windows 10 on my iMac mid 2011 1TB, and i want to make my own windows installation disk. But i don't know what to use a cd or dvd because my macs old and i need to use disks then usb. So can someone help me if i use dvd or ads 🙂 also i=my sister bought a DVD+RW will that work also
