Q: No uploaded or matched music appears in my library

I was subscribed to iTunes Match for about 2 years and ended the subscription about 2 years ago. I had a library of 5000 songs and an array of carefully curated playlists. I have been nostalgic for some of those playlists recently and just decided to bite the bullet and buy iTunes Match once again in order to restore my (somehow corrupted/lost/playlists have disappeared) iTunes Library, which I had been led to believe was possible through iTunes Match. Unfortunately, after authorizing my computer, adding it to iTunes Match, refreshing, updating, and opening and closing iTunes several times, the only songs that appear "in the Cloud" are purchased songs. Not a single matched or uploaded song appears, nor do the playlists change.

I would be immensely appreciative if someone could help me find a way to restore my original metadata'd library with all the playlists that were present during my final iTunes Match update 2 years ago.
