Q: iMac 2013 Kernel Panic on CoreStorage

Hi

I'm getting the following message after rebooting an iMac. Soundso to be like an hard disk failure.  But just want to be sure before sending it to fix. Thanks

My last resort was to send to Apple Authorised Centre. The checked the whole system, and concluded that it was due to OS crashed. OS crashed? Why couldn't i even boot from USB or DVD for recovery? This really puzzle because it seems that there is a high dependency on the fusion drive, if something screwed up on the fusion drive's OS or HD boot section, it basically not repairable unless we do cloning. <-- I am not sure how true this is. May be someone can enlighten me.

I finally have it resolved by Apple Authorised Service Centre. The problem turns out to be OS related rather than hardware. What i do not understand is if there is an issue with OS, why could't i boot into recovery mode via USB or DVD? No matter how i tried, i always stuck in a boot loop.
