Q: Lid is lose on my new MacBook

Once opened the screen lid, depending the way I move the computer, this moves widely or the opposite.

I have another MacBook Air, which is 4 years now, and still this retains firmly the position I'm setting for the screen, where this doesn't.

I've purchased two MacBook at the same time, and the other one holds position as the same as my MacBook Air.

Should I get this send to service? It's just a week old. Or can I do something by myself?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

    Hello Adriviola,

Do not try a do it yourself repair.   Advise the store immediately and take it in as soon as possible.   They will either repair or exchange it if you can gert it there in 14 days.  (28 days in most of Europe).
