Trying to restore my iPhone 6 with the files. Problem is I use a tablet so my keyboard is on screen. This making it impossible to hold the shift key while clicking 'restore'. Is there anyway around this?

There are only 2 ways:
1. Connect to your computer iTunes and do a restore.
2. Make sure iPhone has Wi-Fi connection and is connected to wall power supply.
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content & Settings.
If you are trying to downgrade, it cannot be done.

I Forget the exact message, I'm not home ATM. But when I just try to restore within iTunes without the file it doesn't let me. Fails instantly.
Yeah I forgot to add I'm currently running the ios10 beta. Trying to downgrade to the 9.3.3
Go to Apple website where you got the beta from and read the instructions there.
