Q: Track Pad is stiff

Hey, so about a week and a half ago I got my logic board replaced and when I received my laptop I noticed that my track pad was super stiff, I called the Apple store that I usually go to and they told me it will go away after a while. It hasn't. I have already paid $289 just to fix my logic board and my laptop isn't that old. its the latest 2013 Macbook pro with retina display. I NEVER had this issue before and now its really bugging me! Could Apple fix this issue before I have to go back to school? I also wouldn't want to pay for another repair that wasn't even my fault. Any suggestions on what I can do?

I can't tell which country you are from but you write a good explanation.   I don't know if the work necessary to replace a logic board would entail work behind the trackpad or necessitate its removal/replacement.   But the fact that they said the stiffness would go away after a while suggests it isn't the first time.  As soon as you can, write a brief letter (preferably by hand) and address it to the manager of the store that did the work for you.  Keep it sweet and simple and ask him/her for a personal appointment to demonstrate the problem.

    Good luck.
