Q: My Mac blocks the downloads from programmes such as MS Office. Can I change a setting to allow this?

I use MS Office which automatically sends weekly updates. However, each time I try to download these my Mac seems to block this. This happens with other programmes too. I suspect that I have a security setting which does this but I can't find it.

 

Any help would be very gratefully received.

There also is 3rd party software that can block connections, like Little Snitch or Handsoff. Do you have something like that?
