1 one of the videos was from a Gopro, the other was from a drone camera. i converted both into .mp4 and but when i send it, it keeps saying ''Not Delivered''...

Oddly, i converted a video from an iphone 6 from .MOV to .Mp4 and that worked... why wont the other videos work?
What did you use to convert them?
What specific format mp4 attributes were they converted to?
There are many different variations in mp4 format.
It could be because the converted format is not playable on the device. Can you sync them to the iOS device and play them?
Are the files to big?
What can i use to conver to the right mp4 Mpeg-4? Sony vegas pro only supports 1-3. Also, I cant use the websites because my video is bigger than 100 MB...
