Q: Itunes will not recognize any of my devices! I uninstalled and reinstalled itunes for PC. Help!!

ITunes does not recognize my iPhone 6 or my ipod. I have had iTunes for a LONG time, with multiple devices and NEVER have had this issue. I followed all of the instructions (uninstalling, checking for updates, powering off on etc..) HELP!

    I would try

    uninstall iTunes, quicktime, bonjour

    reboot

    start regedit

search and delete all entries with the text iTunes, quicktime and bonjour this will be 3 separate searched

    reboot

    reinstall iTunes and bonjour

For starters, try to use different USB port and the Lightning cable.

If that doesn't help, since you're using a Windows computer, try to temporarily disable your antivirus software and - if necessary - Windows Defender.
