uninstall iTunes, quicktime, bonjour
reboot
start regedit
search and delete all entries with the text iTunes, quicktime and bonjour this will be 3 separate searched
reboot
reinstall iTunes and bonjour

If that doesn't help, since you're using a Windows computer, try to temporarily disable your antivirus software and - if necessary - Windows Defender.
