Q: This Apple ID isn't associated with an iTunes Connect account.

I'm attempting to login to iBooks Author's Sign In step. I have a paid/up-to-date account on iTunes Connect (with agreements approved) but it is telling me that my AppleID is not associated with the iTunes Connect account. I have had an Apple iTunes connect in the past and recently renewed my subscription.

Thoughts?
