many of icloud unloker software are on net can you tell me are they fake or genuine to unlock any of iphone device

They are fake. The only way to unlock the iCloud or Apple ID is to know the proper password.

but in videos they uploaded on internet shows that they can unlock any iphone icloud. on other side one of friend tries to unlock icloud but get error. what is this ???

Why won't you use the steps described on the official Apple page If your Apple ID is locked - Apple Support?
