Q: Batman vs Superman streaming issue
Paid for Batman vs Superman on 21/7/2016.
I tried to watch this after paying and it was un-watchable due to it pausing and stopping every few minutes.
Thinking it could be my internet connection I checked the speed on my laptop at 46Mbps over wifi (I have 75Mbps broadband)
Gave up and tried a day later .. same issue.
Spoke to my broadband provider and now have 100Mbps connection.
Tried again another day later .. same issue.
Updated my router to the very latest firmware check the signal through the house on various gadgets .. all good.
Still pauses....
This is the only film that has this issue. All the others I have purchased and stream are ok, as is Neflix and NOW tv.
I am at a loss and have turned to the Apple community for help

Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will need to click the large ‘Report A Problem’ button under the list of previous purchases in order to reveal the ‘Report A Problem’ link for your recent purchase. If your purchase is listed as a previous purchase use the small arrow on the left side of its listing.
Alternatively you can use the receipt email to report a problem or if you don’t have access to iTunes on a computer you can use this link.
