Q: My iPhone 6s is displaying different colors and will not turn on. How can I back up my phone when I cannot turn it on?

My Phone is not working. It will not turn on and it is showing different colors on the screen. I have a genius bar appointment coming up and I need to back up my phone. How can I do that when I cannot turn it on.

Have you tried to turn your iPhone on using the instructions given here If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on - Apple Support ?
