hi i am currently living in saudi arabia ,I have sign in prob in FaceTime since last month,although my friends
are still using the app but I can't.please any on help me as i have already reset my iPhone 6 completely.

Apparently the rulers of your country decided that FaceTime is evil.
If your friends keep using it, it's probably temporary thing and sooner or later it will stop working for them too.
You may try using VPN, although I don't know whether it a) will work, b) is legal in KSA.
