Q: Link "Reset your security questions" not show??"
I forgot the answers to the security questions to access the Apple ID account.
I submitted a support request via the Apple Inc website. I would be called!! Perfect.. After a short time I receive a call and must make a choice. I choose to speak to an employee. After a few seconds the connection is broken. I try this several times!! Grrrrr :-(
I logged in with my Apple ID account and try https://support.apple.com/nl-nl/HT201485. Also this does not work. I follow the four steps but after clicking on “Change Questions” I can’t find the blue message “Reset your security questions”.
