ios 9.3.3 issues

I downloaded iOS 9.3.3 and I noticed two major issues. The push notifications is on, but I can't get any type of notifications from apps such as Kik, Instagram, Facebook, etc. I have to constantly checks my iPod to see if someone had text me or like my pictures. It is very frustrating and too tedious. Imessage messed up but my internet is good but it will never send the message through. It will tell me that the message didn't delivered. These issues happens after I update it and I don't know how to fix it.

Sometimes corruption occurs during an update. Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:
