Q: iCloud Storage Order

If your card is stolen, lost or otherwise rendered useless, it's up to you to change your method of payment in any accounts that were using it. There's no way to make that happen automatically.

Use the Contact Us link at the bottom right of every page for information on how to contact iTunes support if you are having trouble changing your payment information on your own.

You will need a debit, credit card or iTunes Gift card. In some countries, you can use PayPal. I don't believe you can have things debited directly from your bank account. Contact iTunes Store support for assistance.

You can only use one of the payment methods that shows on your account : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

It's not currently possible to use a bank account for payments. If you are in the US you can use PayPal, and some carriers let you use your account with them as your payment method : Set up mobile phone billing as your payment method in the iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support
