Q: My screen is frozen
I get a page that says to contact Apple and a phone number. I do not believe it is from Apple. I tried reset but that did not work. It is still frozen. Please help?

Without seeing it, I know it is not from Apple. Where are you seeing this? In Safari? If so, and if you can, go to Settings>Safari>Clear history and website data.
Force Safari closed. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps. Swipe left to find the app you want to close. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
Now force restart the device, no data is affected by this. To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
If you can not get into the settings or navigate anywhere on the phone, try the forced restart then clear Safari.
You might want to take a look at this if this is a phishing attempt.
