I removed some important data accidentally recently, so I decided to simply restore a backup where the data still exists. I'm pretty sure there IS the backup, because my mac see it:
However, when I try to restore it on my iPhone, it says "No backups available". The firmware is up-to-date, so this is not the reason. Also, when I go to the iPhone's "Manage Storage", I do not see the backup I see on my Mac.

have you tried the restore from iTunes.
See if it initiates from there.
I have tried, no backups there as well.
I've contacted Apple Support, they said this is a global problem.
Have you already erased the phone, it isn't clear to me. You need to have erased the phone before you are asked if you want to restore from a back up, but if you have erased the phone you wouldn't be able to see “manage storage” on the phone.
Yes, I've erased the phone. After I saw that there are no backups on "Apps & Data" step, I set up a new iPhone, then I checked the "Manage Storage" to see if there is a backup.
Yeah, I've read it, but I cannot see any backups when I choose "Restore from iCloud Backup" on the "Apps & Data" step, which is the exact problem I'm trying to solve.
So, after a 30 min conversation, they suggested me to erase the iPhone via "Find my iPhone" feature. It didn't help.
I guess, I've lost all my phone's data. Thanks, Apple.

Also, talked to Apple on the phone. They've no idea what is causing this ****.
Each day of using Apple software makes me wanna throw my phone away. and it's really making me sad. (((((
