See if it initiates from there.

I've contacted Apple Support, they said this is a global problem.

You need to have erased the phone before you are asked if you want to restore from a back up, but if you have erased the phone you wouldn't be able to see “manage storage” on the phone.

Jul 26, 2016 10:17 AM in response to Winston Churchillby bleshik,Yes, I've erased the phone. After I saw that there are no backups on "Apps & Data" step, I set up a new iPhone, then I checked the "Manage Storage" to see if there is a backup.

I guess, I've lost all my phone's data. Thanks, Apple.

Also, talked to Apple on the phone. They've no idea what is causing this ****.
Each day of using Apple software makes me wanna throw my phone away. and it's really making me sad. (((((
