Q: Fail Restoring
So, as it happened. I have upgraded from version 9.3 to 9.3.3 IOS evenings ago. On the afternoon of the next day, iphone of mine suddenly power off, and can not stuck the boot. I've been trying to force power off but it still can not be stuck on the boot. I'v tried to recover it according to what suggested in apple support and I've follow the steps but still always failed. It said error 6 and error 9. I using the original usb cable from iPhone and I have upgraded my laptop to the latest version of Windows 8.1 as error 6 and 9 said. What should I do? Pleas help . Excuse me for bad english.

Check your security software
- If you see error 9, learn what to do.
- If you see errors 2, 4, 6, or 1611 check for issues with third-party security software. Also check for USB connection issues.
- If you still see an error message, contact Apple Support
