Q: Previously purchased music videos won't download to my phone.
I have previously bought albums that have music videos included in them. When I first bought them, they showed up on my phone. However, for storage reasons I deleted them. Now that I have a new phone with more storage I want to put them back on, but I can't figure out how. I have tried going to my purchases on both my computer (a PC) and my phone (iPhone 6s), by going to the movie app, by going to setting and selecting show all movies, by searching for the music videos again in iTunes, etc. Nothing else that I've seen for re-downloading TV shows or music is working, and I have yet to find a tutorial specifically for music videos. I have the most recent versions of iTunes and the software for my phone.

Upon re-reading your first post, I now see that the videos were included with album purchases. I don't know if that impacts the ability to download them again or not.
Were all of these purchased with the same Apple ID? Do you use restrictions and if so, do the videos contain explicit content that you may have restricted making the videos non downloadable?
Are the purchases hidden? This one had me scratching my head a while back, but it turned out that it was the reason that I could not see them in my purchases.
