iCloud

Q: iPhone and Ipad won't sync with iCloud

I don't know what to do. Both, iPhone and iPad wont sync photos with iCloud. It says 'updating' but won't sync any picture. Please help!

    See what happens when you don't provide a descriptive details of what your issue is, besides it's not updating.

     

    So I give you a link on icloud photo library, so you can read through it and make sure you have all the requirements needed.

     

    so that way I don't have to ask you 21 questions about this and that when you can read for yourself.

    Both devises are normally connected on the internet. I'm using Safari all the time regularly. iCloud Photo album and My Photo Stream are on on both devices. In Photos app all my pictures show as they are there, but I only see grey picture with that circle thing in right bottom of the screen showing 1/4 of a full circle. I hope it helps.
