Q: I cant access the appstore and update my apps

MY appstore was deleted and I cannot update my apps. Everytime I click instagram it loads and kicks me out I am unsure if it needs to be updated or Is glitched. I have restarted my ipad serveral times and I have updated it full to date.

The App Store app cannot be deleted because it's a pre installed app.

Help for finding apps on your iPad in this support article > Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

For Instagram. Uninstall the app then re download it from the App Store.

App Store cannot be deleted. Check carefully if the icon was dragged to a folder. Another possibility is that Settings>General>Restrictions are activated that prevent the use of the App Store.
