Upgrade fans on MacBook Pro 2014 Retina

Hi, can the fans inside the 2014 Macbook Pro be upgraded ? I game on my mac and also use some apps that require good processing power. These make my laptop heat up a lot and therefore uncomfortable to rest my hands on. I wanted to improve the cooling on my mac.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

There is no way to upgrade fans. If you were to replace the fans it would be exactly the same unit.

If you run processor intensive apps or gaming it is going to get warm.

Different machines have different processors, different graphics cards all soldered to the logic board—non upgradable—point of purchase only. This can make a difference in how warm they run.

Some machines has both discreet and integrated GPU, some only a single graphics card.

Besides third party fan contol apps the only user option would be to try resetting the SMC http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3964 to see if there is a difference.
