I logged onto icloud.com and signed in. when I selected photos I saw a screen with grayed out boxes where my photos should appear. Id like to download my photo's to my PC's backup drive
Have the photos finished uploading? What happens if you select a photo?
well I assume they are uploaded. They have been on there for some time. I'm beginning to think its the Icloud program on my pc. It's an old vista system and the program has now quit for no reason
The Windows requirements for any of the iCloud photo features is Windows 7 at a minimum.
You'll need to ask a friend with a newer PC to help you back them up.
