how do I cancel Youtube subscription
I try to cancel YouTube Red and it says I have to do it through ITunes. I can't figure out how to do that.

You can turn off Automatic Renewal for YouTube Red by following the instructions here:
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
Your subscription will end at the end of the present subscription period.
