Q: How do i activate my Itunes it says always can't connect to the itunes store please help

HOw do I connect to itunes mine alaways says cant connect to the itunes strore or itunes U am using iphone 6 plus ios version 9.2.1 please  i need your help I really want to purchase songs but I cant
