It seems you have enabled AirPlay security on your Apple TV. Options vary depending on which Apple TV you have ( you don't say which you have) but you can turn it off or change your settings at Settings > AirPlay >  Security. If you have forgotten any code you have entered you will need to restore the Apple TV to reset and remove it.
